In short: email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. A monthly plan can be cancelled any time and then does not renew. Refunds usually reach you in 5 to 10 business days.

How refunds work
- 14-day refund. If Pro is not right for you, email getviral@ugcmaxx.com within 14 days of your first payment, from the email on your account, and we refund it in full. This covers the lifetime payment, and the first payment of a monthly plan.
- Monthly renewals. Cancel any time in Manage billing on your account page; the plan then does not renew. We do not refund a month that has already started, unless the law requires it, or the service did not work for you for a large part of that month.
- When a refund is made, Pro ends at once. Your account, your free access and your free API key keep working. A monthly plan that is refunded is also cancelled.
- Abuse. We may refuse a refund after bulk copying or other abuse of the service (see the terms, section 6).
- EU and UK buyers. Pro is digital content that starts at once. By buying it you ask us to start it at once, and you accept that the 14-day legal right of withdrawal ends when it starts. Our own 14-day refund above still applies.
- Chargebacks. Please email us first; we answer within 2 business days. A chargeback ends Pro while the bank reviews it.
- Timing. Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
