Collabstr's 2026 report covers 2025 deals on its platform (472,000+ packages and 21,000 collaborations). "Our math" divides a published package price by the number of videos or creators. Insense also lists $2,800 for 6 videos on the same page, about $467 each. In Influencer Marketing Hub's 2026 survey of 600+ respondents, roughly 80% of UGC creator quotes were under $500 (Influencer Marketing Hub).

How much do usage rights and Spark Ads access cost?

Usage rights decide where and how long you can run a video as an ad. Creators who charge for them separately often ask 30% to 50% of the base rate. Ad access is separate again: running the ad from the creator's handle, as TikTok Spark Ads or Meta Partnership Ads, costs about $100 to $150 a month on Insense's rate card. Agree both in writing before work starts, and put them in the brief. Read UGC usage rights, how Spark Ads codes work, and how partnership ads work.

Creators price these rights into their rates. UGC creator @beckyfeiginugc lists what hers cover:

How much do AI UGC videos cost?

From about $1 to $200 a video, depending on how much of the work you do yourself. You can pay a video model by the second, pay for a self-serve tool, or pay a team to do it for you. Ad spend is extra in every case.

Paying the model by the second

The cheapest route is to call a video model directly. At 720p, Wan 3.0 costs $0.083 per second on Alibaba Cloud and Seedance 2.5 costs $0.2312 per second on Replicate, so a 10-second clip costs $0.83 or $2.31 (checked October 23, 2026; see Wan 3.0 vs Seedance 2.5). You write the script, pay for every take, including the ones you throw away, and do the editing. The Seedance and Wan cost calculator prices a month of clips.

Self-serve AI UGC tools

MakeUGCStarter, $59 a month, 500 credits; a talking-actor video uses 100About $11.80

Monthly prices, checked October 23, 2026; yearly billing is cheaper. Arcads publishes no prices: its pricing page returned a 404. The FTC's 2024 rule bans fake testimonials, including AI-generated ones, so never present an avatar as a real customer (FTC). Read our AI UGC guide for the label rules on each platform.

From each seller’s own page, checked November 1, 2026. These are asking prices from companies that sell the service, not market averages, and ad spend is separate. Many studios, ugcMaxx included, quote per project instead of publishing a price.

For comparison, brands paid $154 on average for a human UGC package on Collabstr, and the UGC agencies in the first table charge about $361 to $438 per video.

How much should you budget for a first round?

A worked example with the rate card prices above (our math). Six edited videos at $150 each cost $900. Two extra hook versions per video at $40 to $60 add $480 to $720. Spark Ads access for the two winners at $100 to $150 a month adds $200 to $300. That is about $1,580 to $1,920 for the first month, before ad spend. If the budget is tight, cut a video before you cut the hook versions. The first three seconds decide most of the result.

Why are some UGC videos so cheap?

There are two markets. Brand ads pay creators for a finished video and the right to run it. App brands also pay creators $10 to $15 a video, plus bonuses on views, to post many clips on their own accounts, based on job posts we saw on X in October 2026. That is volume posting, a kind of UGC maxxing. It pays for posts on many accounts, so the price per clip is low.

@nicholasnlawton, a founder in that market, lays out the volume-posting math below. He sells into it, so read it as a pitch.

@nicholasnlawton on X, June 19, 2026, embedded from the original post.

Are UGC ads worth the cost?

TikTok's own test found Spark Ads, which run a creator's post as an ad, had a 134% higher completion rate than standard in-feed ads (TikTok). Price per video is the wrong number to chase. One ad with the right hook can carry a whole campaign, so put money into hook tests before you buy more videos.

How does ugcMaxx price UGC ads?

ugcMaxx makes every video with AI, using the best model for each job (Seedance, Wan, Veo and others). A human team writes, directs, edits, and posts it. We quote per scope: videos, AI characters, hook variations, and usage terms, agreed in writing before work starts. Every concept ships with several hooks, and usage and Spark Ads access are in the quote from the start. Book a call or send a brief, and we come back with a scope.
